you for inquiring about my services! Currently operating a health food store affords me the opportunity to survey a wide variety of nutritional supplements. Our Holistic Health Center provides close contact with several modalities for strengthening the mind, body and soul such as Yoga, Massage and Energy workshops. Careful recommendation of quality supplements specific to one’s needs combined with dietary changes, and other lifestyle modifications results in improved health and quality of life. My private consultations include a thorough past medical history along with a complete understanding of my client’s lifestyle. In addition I evaluate genetic predisposition’s and risks associated with occupation, environment, diet and medications. I am also certified to perform several different human functional assessment tests. These tests include urine, saliva and serum testing [1]that measure hormone levels, hidden food allergies, air borne allergies, digestive abnormalities, bone density, hair analysis and bio impedance. As an orthomolecular nutritionist my goal is to match each individual with nutritional supplementation best designed for his or her personal needs. Programs including specific dietary needs and exercise programs are recommended. I include comprehensive detoxification protocols, oxidative stress profiles and am certified in both Iridology and Kinesiology. The comprehensive initial consultation requires an array of questionnaires to be completed one week prior to our meeting. This affords me adequate time to prepare for our consult and allows me to have a strong understanding of my client’s needs and goals. The preparation performed before meeting with my clients presents the opportunity to spend time during the first consultation outlining a strategy to obtain their goals rather then just fact finding. The fee for the initial consultation includes adequate time for discussion and developing a program to achieve our goals. Additional evaluative tests would be extra and those fees would be discussed on an as needed basis. It is my goal to achieve results without performing these tests, but the benefits of such would be detailed should I feel them necessary. Some consult services may include:

Functional
Assessment Tests
Gary’s five areas include assessments of Gastrointestinal, Immune, Nutritional, Endocrine and Metabolic function. The tests are non-or minimally invasive, with a few employing challenges to the body as a way of evaluating a specific function in action. We use samples of hair, urine, blood[1], saliva, and stool to evaluate the body’s performance and to suggest areas where therapeutic interventions can improve and add longevity to that performance.
Due to diverse
selection and variations within each test, as well as the fluctuation in
the fees as determined by the labs, no published listing is possible.
Fees for these tests would be discussed on an as needed basis.
All payments are made at time of
ordering the tests. Payment
is made directly to Gary. Helpful Additional Tests
Traditional tests performed
by your primary care physician or specialist,
such as blood work, bone density tests, magnetic resonance testing,
cat scans, etc. are highly recommended by Gary.
It is advisable that these and other evaluative screenings like
mammograms, pap-smears & prostate
exams be conducted on a regular basis with the reality of early detection
for improved prognosis. Gary
would appreciate that copies of the results from these tests be included
with the original questionnaires when applicable. Supplements
As vitamins, herbs,
and other nutritional supplements will be recommended as part of program
to assist one in achieving their goals, it is Gary’s commitment to
insure that these products be of the highest quality and standards.
There is no assessment added to any product because of the
consulting services. Products
will be chosen to best deliver results in the most cost efficient manner.
Gary guarantees that all products sold will be at the lowest
possible price. If for any
reason you believe that you can obtain any equivalent product for a lower
price, Gary will be glad to offer that product at the same or better
price. It is his intention to
form this consultation into a long lasting relationship.
Gary encourages you to be aware of others prices,
with the strength of his retail store volume and his background in
operating a large discount chain of pharmacies, he is sure that his
pricing strategies and supplement protocols
will deliver value, savings and results. Benefits of Being an Active Client3
Consultation
clients will automatically be a part of the retail store’s nutritional
club. As an active client of
Garys you will be able to write personal checks for all purchases and
services, (the retail store does not accept checks).
A toll free number will be made available for you to use for any
phone orders, or any out of state calls regarding questions and concerns.
As an active client all supplementation protocols will be entered
into a database. This
database allows Gary to contact clients when new items and findings are
revealed that may benefit you
and your particular situation. In
addition if any findings are released regarding adverse side effects Gary
can easily notify you with any cautions or changes.
As an active client you will be made eligible for a “green
card” earlier then the requirements for retail customers.
This “green card” entitles you to additional savings on all
supplements of 10%, as well as other private sales offered on the
“Web-Site” and through print advertising coupons.
As an active client Gary will always prioritize your needs and
phone calls, and is available for your questions, concerns and support at
any time. Most phone calls will be returned within 24 hours when

These forms will be updated as required for ease in the reordering
process. In addition there is
room for questions you may have and news releases regarding new items that
may benefit you. PaymentPayment may be made to Gary Michael Wolf, R.Ph., CNHP, NC., by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Personal Check. Debit Cards or MAC – ATM cards can also be used but for in store payments only. Payments made through Gary's "World of Wellness" will automatically be refunded to Gary. Thank
